PRIVACY NOTICE


Our company is committed to respecting the individual privacy of consumers. In accordance with federal regulations, we are giving you this notice to tell you how we may use information about you or your account. This notice also advises you of your right to keep this information from being shared with other companies within the Southeast Automotive Group (affiliates) or other business associates (non-affiliates) under certain circumstances.

In connection with your transaction, we may obtain information about you as described in this notice, which we handle as stated in this notice.

1. We obtain Non-public personal information about you from the following sources: *Information we receive from you, such as on applications or other forms which may include your name, address, social security number, income and work *Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as your account balance and payment history. *Information we receive from consumer reporting agencies, motor vehicle dealers, credit references, employers, insurance companies, and insurance agencies, such as your credit history, credit score, and information that we obtain to verify identity, employment history, or that insurance coverage is in place.

2. To provide you with superior service, inform you of product and service opportunities that may be of interest to you, or for other business purposes, we may share all of this information that we collect. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may make such disclosures about you as a consumer, customer, or former customer.

3. We may also disclose non-public personal information about you as a consumer, customer, or former customer, to non- affiliated third parties as permitted by law these include, but are not limited to, providers of extended warranties, credit insurance, theft deterrent systems, gap protection, car care maintenance, and other after-market products.

4. We restrict access to non-public personal information about you to “Those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you”. We maintain physical, electric, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your non-public personal information.

5. I separately and expressly consent to disclosing non-public information obtained with this transaction.

California residents-an applicant, if married, may apply for a separate state.

New York residents- A consumer report may be requested in connection with this application. Upon request, you will be informed as to whether or not a consumer report was requested, and informed of the name and address of the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report. On any update, renewal or extension of this credit, subsequent consumer reports may be utilized.

Ohio residents- The Ohio laws against discrimination require that all creditors make credit equally available to all credit worthy customers, and that credit reporting agencies maintain separate credit histories on each individual upon request. The Ohio civil right commission administers compliance with this law.

Rhode Island resident- A credit report may be requested in connection with this application for credit. Vehicle insurance may be obtained from a person of your choice.

Married Wisconsin Residents- Wisconsin law provides that no provision of any martial property agreement, or unilateral statement or court order applied to marital property will adversely affect a creditor’s interests unless, prior to the time that the credit is granted, the creditor is furnished with a copy of the agreement, statement or decree, or has actual knowledge of the adverse provision.
